The property manager, Frank, is incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He’s always been there when I needed assistance. I had some furniture that needed to be moved from one unit to another, and Frank was quick to step in and help when I needed it. He also helped me find a great unit at a great price. I highly recommend Frank and Wise Rd Public Storage for all your storage needs!

Mike was amazing. He answered all of my questions and helped me choose a space I could get close to on this bad knee of mine! I have kids, but it is so important to still have some independence when I need to care for ny own things. Thank you Mike! I will be back!

Five Stars for the excellent customer service and cleanliness of the property! Frank welcomed me and he was incredibly helpful. He explained me all the process of entering and using the storage space since it was my first time there. Highly recommend this place👍👍👍
