Just recently rented a storage unit from Khalilah from Public Storage and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The website was user-friendly, but I needed the person to person assistance in finding the exact space I needed for my late wife’s personal items. The quality and care that Khalilah provided was superb, and it has already made a significant difference in my daily mental health. I'm extremely satisfied with my unit. I am recommending Khalilah from Public Storage to all my friends who needs extra space for their personal belongings.

I spoke to Khalilah I was in need of help in getting my bill paid without driving all around to find a facility open. I was so glad she was open she was very helpful answered my question and I was able to get my payment made. Very friendly, very helpful. If I run into this situation again. I will be back to see Khalilah.

Khallilah helped us at the Irving park location, she happened to be working there today. She was accommodating with the issue we had. She provided excellent customer service. We are happy with the outcome.
