I had an excellent experience thanks to this employee, Irene. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was detailed oriented and knew what she was doing. She made the environment fun and I will be recommending others to come here. Public Storage is lucky to have someone like her!

Customer service representative Michael is absolutely amazing and so helpful. Gave a great tour of the property located behind Golf N Stuff . Very courteous, great attitude and very detailed oriented. Just a great guy and a wonderful company to do business with. I highly recommend this location and rent your unit. Very clean, organized and again very customer service oriented.

My experience with Public Storage on was excellent. The facilities meet up to my high- standard expectation and the staff was amazing. Irene (one of the staff members) was instrumental in helping me. She was kind, caring, and resourceful. Other staff members have also been of great assistance at times… but when questions arose irn is the one to go to. In the future, if I were to need another storage unit, I would definitely use their facility again & hope to be helped by Irene in the future Thank you Irene!
