Absolutely unacceptable. I am currently in the middle of moving out, and both elevators are out of order. What is the point of having two elevators if neither is maintained? Carrying furniture and heavy boxes up to the 4th floor via the stairs is a nightmare. This shows a complete lack of respect for tenants and zero maintenance oversight. Highly disappointed.

It’s was a great experience at the place. Very clean,very organized. And the person,who works there-she is great. Her name is Susan. Very professional,very helpful. So friendly as well. 5++++👍👍

Went to Publix Atorage to inquire about storage. Was greeted by Susan who was very knowledgeable about my needs. Took me to see several units so I can decide. She is very funny also. I'll definitely store my things at this location.
