Had some transfer questions a few days ago due to needing to downsize and the Property Manager Melody had the best customer service! She’s always so friendly anytime I’m on property or when I call. Property always super clean and well maintained. Def recommend for any of your storage needs.

Just vacated unit at this location & the property manager Melody helped me a lot. She is the best, very supportive, kind, and knowledgeable. She always answers call & even returns call to make sure I get everything what I needed. This property is so clean & organized, I highly recommend this place.

Just had the best customer service experience with Melody from this location. We had a hiccup with a storage unit we rented and she went far and beyond to assist us. She ended up helping us get a better, larger unit that worked with our needs more for less than we were originally going to pay. Definitely A+ service from her. Will 100% recommend.
