Rufe Snow Depot Self Storage

Rented a box truck. Originally started rental process with Home Depot. Had me pick up truck with Rufe Snow Depot, a storage facility. RSD called b/c HD let me schedule a 4:30 pick up even though they close before then. Was able to pick up earlier. Picking up truck was easy, the man working was friendly and helpful. Since timing was off for rental he checked to make sure that my drop off time was not altered. It was so he was able to extend rental to accommodate my needs for truck. I appreciate customer service and kind people that check for details and help customers when computers fail to offer service customer is expecting.

Super impressed with this storage facility! The units are clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, and I felt confident my belongings were safe. Great prices and great service. Highly recommend!

I have never seen such terrible customer service in my entire life!!! I got here at 2:59pm, it says place closes at 3pm, the "closed" sign wasn't even on, they said they couldn't take my mail because "the system automatically closes at 3pm and there's nothing they can do". I knew something was odd and now, checking previous reviews, and can say with confidence: they do all their closing as soon as they can so they can be done as soon as they can. "Forget the customer, we just wanna go home" kind of mentality. Rude, selfish people who can't follow business hours. I will file an official complaint with USPS
