I was told by customer service that a 1 bdrm apt would fit a 5x5 well that wasn’t true so I had to throw some things out it’s replaceable so I didn’t complain about it. But Gema let me tell you about Ms. Gema!!!!!! She was EXTREMELY GREAT!!! She was very apologetic even though this wasn’t her fault. I appreciate your work ethic and how you went above and behind to accommodate me thank you sooo much for everything!!!

Gemma, was fantastic helping me and my mom with our storage needs. She handle a disgruntled client professionally while still assisting us when we were present. Very impressed with her kindness and attention to detail.

I spoke with Gema, the manager. Quite impressed with her knowledge and experience and ability to smoothly and completely resolve pertinent matters regarding my move in and move out. If I need another storage unit, I will definitely pursue her at this location for her expertise and professionalism.
