There was several large oil stains on the floor, the door was almost impossible to close without falling off the track. The lock mechanism was rusted out. I spent about 15 min just trying to shut the door. I had to dig out a bunch of leaves & rotted debris by hand in freezing cold weather to even shut the door. The sign up form asked if I wanted insurance. I opted for no insurance. But then I noticed it was forced onto my account. I called back to have it removed, but the customer service agent couldn’t refund it. She said I had to speak with the onsite manger who she was sending a message to. It’s $14, not a huge deal but it’s like they are banking on it just being low enough that most people won’t go through the hassle of removing it. By forcing me to contact the manager (who has yet to contact me back), it’s these little dishonest games they play to milk you for every last dollar. I can’t move out of this place fast enough. They might save you a little money, but it’s 100% not worth the savings.
