Andy was very rude and does not understand people with disabilities. He hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I got upset that they charge so much and I told him my predicament and I called back and he basically told me he doesn't have time for me or anyone who has an attitude towards him cuz he can't take his job seriously 😒.

I have rented from Rancho (formerly Lincoln) on 3-4 separate occasions, going back 15+ years. Always professional, always clean and well maintained. Great service and fair prices. Highly recommend.

We were able to get a very acceptable spot to store our RV at a reasonable price. Working with Andrew at the office was great. We had rented storage units from Rancho almost two years ago when moving to Kennewick and were very pleased with the units and employees.
