The absolute worst experience I have ever had with just about any company ever. ZERO service. ZERO help.... even when their door to my unit door broke completely off the hinges. These people will take your money and you will never receive a damn thing from them after that - but a bill. Worthless.

WARNING: Serious Security Issues and Lack of Accountability Our storage unit was burglarized in August 2025, but we were never notified. We only discovered the theft two months later in October when we found our lock had been changed. When we contacted the facility, we learned they had been aware of the break-in since August but failed to notify us immediately and file a police report (didn't file until October—after we discovered it). The situation has only worsened. The facility is now actively refusing to: -Provide copies of our payment records needed for our insurance claim -Supply photos of the damaged lock required by our insurance company -Cooperate with the detective assigned to our case We lost camping gear and power tools, but more concerning is the complete lack of communication, delayed response, and refusal to assist with the investigation and insurance process. A storage facility's basic responsibility is to secure your belongings and communicate when problems occur. This facility failed on every level. If you value your belongings and expect basic accountability, look elsewhere. I gate a 1 star rating only because I had to to post the review. The new manager Trey just called and informed me that once a tenant puts there own lock on a unit that they are no longer responsible. This was his response to my complaint that they did not notify me when the break-in was discovered.

Alex is the best.out of 4managers in 2months he is the best.he is very reliable and I would recommend him to remain at this facility,he has been taking care of business since day 1.thank you Alex for all your hard work.
