I went online and reserved my space the Rep was very nice also got a month free. And when I went to the location in Killeen, Tx customer service was great. Pacey is the coolest/sweetest young lady. She was very polite as well. And also assisted me with the rental of a U-Haul that I didn’t even know they had access to, but everything worked out VERY WELL. And the price we’re paying for a 5x10 here in Texas is unbelievable a very great price. We’re also paying 5 times the amount in Tampa, Fl for the same size 5x10 unit ( public Storage) RIDICULOUS 😡. And RIGHT SPACE is very clean all around the property. Thank you again Pacey and Happy Holidays🙏🏾

Pacey was super helpful and easy to work with! She made everything quick and stress-free and was really nice the whole time. You can tell she cares about helping people out and does a great job. Definitely recommend talking to Pacey if you need anything!!

If you’re looking for a very very very clean and safe place to store your valuable items look no further RIGHT SPACE STORAGE is the place to go And when you get there don’t forget to ask for PACEY and if she’s not there leave and come back where she’s there”joke” trust me you won’t regret it she is the BEST she’s the true definition of being PROFESSIONAL KIND RESPECTFUL and VERY HELPFUL this company is definitely lucky to have someone like her in their team🤗I’m new to TX I was in search of a storage facility to store some stuff I’ve been to a few storage facilities from Belton Nolanville Harker Heights to Killeen and they were all rude not convincing helpful and dirty but when I got to NSA PACEY was so KIND HELPFUL CONVINCING she made me feel right at home I was like this is it I'm getting my unit right here🤷🏽 as a property manager she’s doing such an amazing job keeping this place neat and units are ready to move in when I say ready to move in I mean ready to move in you don’t need to bring cleaning supplies to clean the unit just your items like you was moving to a 5 star hotel just to tell you how clean this place is So Pacey thank you for everything
