RightSpace Self Storage

PUBLIC WARNING: NSA Storage recently acquired Right Space Storage, and since the transition, the administrative experience has noticeably declined, on-site, and corporate. There appears to be a lack of transparency and accountability. While it is common for storage facilities to periodically increase rental rates, this location seems to take a bait-and-switch approach to an extreme. Customers are encouraged to sign leases at attractive introductory rates, seemingly with the understanding that most people prefer not to relocate frequently. However, rental rates are increased multiple times (3x) within a single year, and management is reportedly unwilling to negotiate or adjust pricing to align with reasonable local and fair market rates. Additionally, the company’s website is misleading. The crossed-out “original” pricing does not appear to reflect the eventual rental rate increases, which can become significantly higher. Potential customers may want to consider other local storage facilities that prioritize customer loyalty, respect, and accountability. Many customers report feeling like they are treated as just another number rather than a valued client.

Martha was absolutely amazing. Martha walked me through the process step by step and showed me the unit.
