I been coming to this storage facility for a few years now and I’ve always had a great experience. Lindsey has always been so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. I had to move my stuff to this storage unit in a bit of a rush time to go thru things and pack accordingly wasnt an option . So after i got most of my things in storage i proceeded to go thru and find a few necessary things that were packed sonewhere in my unit. And i was told i could not do this i was to be in and out of there in 15 minutes or less and if i wabted to go thru any of my things i would have to take it off property and go thru it then i could bring it back when im done. Ive never heard of such a thing as a 15 minutes time table to be on property tgstz just ridiculous not to mention that i was wrongfully accused of not entering my pin coming in the day i was told i had15 minutes or less to get off of the prooerty she accussed me of being in my storage unit all day and the fact that i came in thru the gate directly behind her she assumed i did not enter my pin before going thru the gate which is why she thought she could get away with llieing about how long i was there that day with was maybe an hour at best. I felt like i was very unwelconed to be there and i do plan on finding another storage faicility to rent from .

DO NOT STORE HERE!!! I fled domestic violence and left with just what was able to fit in my car. It was all stored here. I WAS ROBBED!!! The cameras don't work, they don't care about you, they don't tell you you were robbed, just send an email saying your lock may not be strong enough. My dead parents wedding rings are gone, the insurance doesn't cover that. They said that even though there's signs EVERYWHERE saying there's cameras, they don't work. They have even charged me for a replacement lock after letting me be robbed of my few treasured things that survived fleeing 13 states to get my family safe. The girl who works here has no soul, was dead silent, showed less than zero empathy, then blamed me when I said there are cameras. She said the lease states they may or may not work. Literally her company than this one!! Paperwork, Versace bag, Jordan collection, jewelry, antique knick knacks, full length Michael kors cashmere AND puffer coats all gone. Among other things.
