Patricia Aguiran was very nice in helping me pick a storage. She went over the contracts with me and explained what I didn’t understand. She didn’t mind I had a lot of questions, very nice and professional behavior! Would recommend to family and friends

My boyfriend and his brother rented a unit here and although only stored their stuff there for a couple weeks at MOST; never got their prorated refund that they were promised. I do not recommend this facility whatsoever.

Don't rent from this place if you know what's good for you..they will do whatever they can to scam you out of money including not let you into your brand new PAID FOR storage unit. When I was told they were terminating my lease, I only was allowed one single trip to get all my stuff out of my unit! As in if I didn't get all my stuff out in one go then they were keeping it!! Also on top of this they told me as long as I got my stuff out of the unit before Saturday (today) I would get a refund and when I called them today after I emptied my unit, they still made up some lame excuse and basically said they weren't giving it to me! This created a bunch of drama for me today and all because they wrongly accused me of breaking into my own storage unit!! Excuse me, MY unit has been paid in full and that means I should have 100% access to MY belongings inside! No matter what anyone says! Anyways, I wouldn't recommend this storage facility if my life depended on it. And I definitely wouldn't store my things here again..even if you paid me. Trust and believe I will be copy and pasting this review across all business reviewing apps so don't be surprised if you see this exact same review word for word on Yelp or similar websites.
