Reserved a UHaul rental for 4PM two days prior, all information said the office was open until 430PM. Arrived to find a sign on the door saying the office was closed for a Christmas party. No communication or forewarning from them or Uhaul. Was forced to scramble to find another truck nearby.

We stored some funiture here while we were living overseas. The front office staff was very helpful with setting up our climate controled unit and helping us set up online payments over email. They were prompt in replying and even sent us emails about price changes. Checking out of the unit was a breeze, and we will definitely keep this facility in mind should we ever need to rent a unit in the future.
