Great customer service! Irma was a great help and made the process extremely easy for both starting and ending my lease for the unit. I had my storage unit for three months, it was the best price for the unit size compared to other storages in the area. Oh and I can’t forget…I also was able to use their truck for free ! ( you only pay for the miles). That came in extremely beneficial with the stress of moving. Gate access hours were also convenient.

I've called many places to rent a storage and found that Safe keep storage has the best deals around. Not to mention the excellent customer service. I showed up to my appointment early and was met by Nikki who was able to assist me. She was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail to the point that I had no questions to ask at the end of our conversation. Great customer service is hard to come by now a days so I really appreciate Nikki!
