Lila is amazing — such a good experience working with her. Thankful for someone like her during the holidays making this experience. Someone was being disrespectful during our visit and Lila stayed super professional thru the whole experience and handled the situation with so much grace. Hope yall give her a raise!

I detest Public Storage, but the agent Malika was VERY professional, in my moments of RAGE. Malika professionalism calmed me down. She was very user friendly and knowledgable.

So far I have not had any problems with this location.I've had problems with other locations though. This location is clean and the stuff responds to all of my inquires. Lili I think that's her name is super friendly and was very helpful with my transfer
