I’d like to thank Paula for providing outstanding customer service, even though I arrived right before closing time. She still took the time to help me as soon as I got there. My gate code wasn’t working, but she quickly fixed the issue in less than two minutes and made sure I could access the facility. Paula even walked me to my storage unit and clearly explained how to lock it securely. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism!

Paula was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to ensure we had the unit that best suited us in a location that wasn’t hard to access. Im grateful for her assistance!

Paula was a excellent manager attending to my needs she made sure she knew the time I was coming to rent and made sure she was available and showed me several units until I found the one I needed she is amazing thank you for your great help!!
