Fair prices, convenient location (if you live in Pensacola), and very well maintained. They lack automated billing, requiring that you contact them each month but it feels much less disconnected than other locations. For me, the interaction is something I enjoy when supporting local businesses. My only suggestion would be for them to provide a staging area for moving large quantities of items. The current access (via exterior doors) can be a bit cumbersome. Rolling carts are available but they are not permitted outside of the building and are "well used".

Pensacola’s best kept storage secret. Rates are great. Access is awesome. Customer service is great. Location is great (neighborhood where any shenanigans will be noticed) What more could you ask for?

Stay away. This place is awful. They lock all the doors at 7pm so if you want your stuff you better be sure to get here in time. They’re never open when they state they are and I’ve yet to see someone in the office. It’s Monday (not a holiday) and their doors are stilled locked at 10:00am and 11:25am. I can’t even get to my stuff. Don’t bother calling because they never answer. Horrible customer service. Shame on y’all.
