Safely Tucked Away Mini Storage

They ruined my furniture, even though their name says "safely tucked away" my things were not safe from damage, after a storm my items were completely soaked, covered in mold, my furniture is now warped and ruined and they refused to even file an insurance claim or pay for damages due to their leaky roof. They said they were not responsible!! YOUR name says safely in the title, my items were not safe. They were ruined!

I didnt want t iij give them 1 star but it wouldn't let me so they get a 1. We needed a 10x30 but all they had was 10x15 so we rented that it wasn't big enough so went back and rented another 10x15. When we went to put our stuff in we found that it was a 10x10. Which is no where near big enough. We ask them about it and they said they couldn't do anything about it so we ask for a refund. They refused. so we moved out and found another one we wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They acted like it was our fault not there's.

Wow! Was left several messages that our camper had to be removed because they are moving away from outdoor storage to "Pod" storage. Actually had to move a boat out of the way so I could remove my camper because Pod was in way of clear access. The billed me (automatically to Credit Card) anyway and refuse to refund even though they terminated the contract.
