I stay at the mission for cold weather, so I purchased a storage unit to store my stuff the owner lied and took my unit back

Moving my stuff out of this dirty unit as soon as possible I went on vacation for a month and was late paying my bill when I came back of course there was a lock on my unit I paid the total amount due at 3 in the afternoon it was a hundred degrees outside I had my kids in the car needed to get some stuff out of it and the lady made me wait until 5 with my kids to take the lock off very rude unprofessional not to mention people living in their storage units just nasty 👎👎👎
