I just want to take a moment to share my experience with this company. Everyone at this establishment was extremely helpful from the staff I spoke to on the phone to the onsite manager Barbara. I was having some immediate storage needs and she assisted me with coming up with the best plan that will accommodate my needs. The process was smooth. The climate control units are nice and hours you are able to have access to your units are great. The roads into and out are clear and accessible for vehicles and moving vehicles

I can’t say enough good things about Barbara. She truly goes above and beyond every single time. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been patient, responsive, and willing to make sure everything was taken care of. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this location because of her.

I must say that the Property manager Barbara was exceptional with her customer service skills, she was very knowledgeable about units and pricing. She went above and beyond making me feel comfortable about making a decision about having my property in one of her units. I will recommend anyone looking for affordability ,and caring staff to protect your property, this is the place, hands down!!
