NOT Secure! Our unit and the one next to us was broke into. Super easy for criminals to cut chainlink fence and cut the metal slides where locks are on doors. Locks don’t matter! The few cameras they have are damaged and don’t work. There is no extra security at this facility. No security drives thru after 6pm. Crooks have all night to steal your stuff. Your items are not safe here and we’ve been told break-ins are increasing. I only gave one star because the employee was nice and felt helpless. This is a corporate owned facility who obviously care only about $ and not keeping the place safe and secure.

DO NOT use this place in Colorado Springs on King Ave. our unit was broke into and no cameras in use and other people next to us broke into! We had to pay over $1000 to move to a closer unit by the managers house. And I give 1 star because the manager Tiffany was so helpful and yet felt helpless since the company does nothing to make it secure there. Homeless cut through fence and it’s a free for all. We had items stolen and broken and were told there a consistently numerous breakins! This place is a joke and security is even more a joke! BEWARE they don’t cut locks they cut the slides and leave your locks in the unit! I am so disappointed.

My boyfriend and I came in 20mins before closing, and Tiffany was ready to help. She was very helpful, and had answers to all our questions. She had us set up in no time :) thank you guys so much.
