Hard I really like the Customer Service that I received from the representative at the storage itself. She was very kind and knowledgeable. The only downfall is trying to get through to speak with someone over the phone. I wish there was a more direct way to contact the location instead of through an automated system and long hold times. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. 🙌 I don't remember her name or even what she looks like we haven't had the chance to meet yet. I know she works at the 777 s Academy location. But she's already showed up for me when I needed on 2 different occasions Not to mention the understanding and patience god sent I stayed on the phone and told this poor lady all about my bullshit/ venting lol God bless u I hope we get to meet soon. I just wanted u to know i appreciate u your conversation and advice and you don't know how much you helped me today.May seem like small favors but it helped me out a lot.

Just moved to the area and was looking for storages. I went to one before this one and no one was in so I went to this storage location. I am glad I did, Tarasa was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions and her personality is amazing.
