​I had a fantastic experience renting a unit here. What truly stood out was the customer service. Stacie was amazing! She answered all my questions clearly and professionally and helped me find the perfect size unit for my needs. It's rare to find such helpful service. The storage units themselves are also very clean!

I did a reservation online on the night of 11/07/25 but I had to wait til the next day to actually finish my reservation (due to card issues). The next morning I received a voicemail from Stacie about my reservation & she sounded very friendly, was willing to help me find the perfect unit, & to let her know if I had any questions. My husband & I went by the office in the afternoon & Stacie was still very friendly, knowledgeable, answered questions before I even had a chance to ask lol. Made sure I knew about the price increases after a couple of months & to check for a specific email from the company. She showed us our unit, explained everything about it, & other details. Stacie reminded us about the office hours/days, if we had any questions, issues, etc. to let her know. Before leaving the property she made sure we knew where the keypad was upon leaving. Overall, it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend going to see Stacie for your storage needs!

I bought a lien auction unit, stacie and Bridgett were amazing, very friendly and very professional. This has by far the best storage buying experience i have had.
