I had such an amazing experience! Abby is the face of this facility && she’s doing an amazing job at leading it to success. I purchased a storage during auction and fell in love with the size of it. I called facility & got the call center to see if I could lease it and the person who helped me over the phone Male - NOT ABBY didn’t really seem to be able to help me and stated he couldn’t since not showing available … but that did not stop Abby she followed up with me and explained she could help me and to come on in. let’s just say she got it done ! Thank you Abby for your customer service and empathy your bright smile is delightful never change You are a great asset to this company & deserve a raise.

Abby was so quick on helping us out, getting a storage and the process was quick and easy. Very clean and friendly. Highly recommend. Also restroom is very clean.

Abby by far is a super super blessing understanding always tries to help you with every situation. She definitely deserves a race a super super race. Also vacation time for her gift cards everything but she’s outstanding honestly if they have more like her this company would grow. Thank you.
