SecurCare Self Storage

I've rented a storage unit with Secure Care self storage on green spot rd. In Highland for the last year. From the very beginning my experience was bad due to the rude staff in the office. In less than one year my rent was raised twice! I should have known this was going to happen because I've heard many other complaints of them doing this to other customers. After they raised my rent to over $300.00 a month I decided to move all of my belongings out. I cleaned the unit the day I left and removed my lock. I found out after moving that because I vacated on the day of my billing cycle that they charged me for another month. I called and spoke with a customer service rep and was told that they would not cancel the charge. Do not waste your money with these people. They will screw you over the first chance they get.

Amazing experience at this location! The manager there (Dulce) was non judgmental, very polite, informative, and thorough in her replies. For every question I had, she gave a honest and descriptive answer. The facility is also very clean and looks quite safe.

Love this place! The manager Dulce is very knowledgeable and nice. Love that all their units are drive up units.
