Secure RV Storage

Rented a 11x25 space. The space is NOT 11’ wide but actually only 9’, they count the little space between the parking spaces which really should be 1’ clearance between two spaces. The parking space is 9’ wide and my RV barely fit in with the two adjacent spaces being occupied. On one side I couldn’t even pass through but had to walk around my neighbors RV to get out of the back. Which brings me to the next point: ‼️ BEWARE‼️ Their electrical fence is on the INSIDE rather than the outside. Guess they are not worried about people coming in but people sneaking out. I learnt the hard way what 7000V feel like! The signs about the electrical fence are at 9’ height so not in sight when you are behind your RV trying to get passed Luckily I won’t need to move my RV until I’ll pick it up again, but for those two reasons I would not come back here

Excellent customer service, very polite and helpful, nice people. The facility is very clean and a lots of extra services like washer station, dump, security etc. Nice place to storage your expencive valuables .

When rented unit signed up for auto pay. Got email saying rent hadn’t paid yet. Called immediately to resolve and pay right then. Then I get $6.95 service fee for calling on phone to immediately resolve it. Called back and they would not waive the phone fee saying I made the payment over the phone! I explained to them I would’ve just defaulted on the payment and not made it then rather than pay a $6.95 fee just for using the phone. Maybe a misunderstanding on my part, but I should’ve been given the benefit of the doubt as I called to immediately resolve the issue and didn’t realize the $6.95 fee would be added for just simply using the phone. I tried to rent the unit online to get the second month free but it wouldn’t accept it so when I went in person and signed up, they didn’t offer me the second month free option that their Internet declined to take for me. Other than those bad business policies, the place seems very secure and clean. Access to the place is very convenient and it is well lit at night.
