I can say a lot of good things about Secure Self Storage but the best thing that I can say is that they hired Amanda. She is not only a true professional but a genuinely wonderful human being. Kind, courteous, sincere, polite, helpful are just a few words that describe her. She is a throwback to when customers service was the standard and not the exception. I have done business with this company since they were mom and pop owned. They are a mega corporate entity now but have managed to maintain a “serve the community” ethos. I highly recommend Secure Self Storage. As a former service member and retired peace officer. I give Ms. Amanda a big “Bravo Zulu”. Job well done. Thank you!

This is by far the best and CLEANEST storage facility I have see in a long time! Amanda is the best manager. She don't make you feel rushed into a decision, she took time and actually listened then suggested then asked him I felt about her suggestion. Yall need a manager like her at all your locations!! Thanks Amanda you rock!!

My payment card had expired and Amanda was right on top of it. She made sure she let me know before late fees could occur and then even followed up to make sure everything had processed smooth on my end. She was so understanding!
