I was having a very ruff day and was on the phone with customer service for over a hour. When the property manager came out and assured and saved the day. Mrs. Cheri went above and beyond for me and displayed excellent customer service she made the experience so much better would definitely recommend her location for all storage needs.

Went to secure care self storage . Cheri offered great customer service and was very friendly during my search. I decided to get the unit because of her . Very nice and helpful. She definitely went over and beyond to assist .
