The lady in the office was extremely nice and helpful. She explained every detail and answered all my questions. The facility is clean and the unit was clean and ready for move in.

The customer service here was beyond exceptional. The employees here you can tell value serving their clients and they are extremely welcoming. The units were very clean and seem well taken care of. I would certaintely recommend, if you are moving to Shreveport, to check them out!
