Storage Haven

I rented a storage unit here for almost a year. I looked all over at other storage units and there wasn’t a lot of choice for the size I wanted. Here I was offered a larger unit than I was looking for but at a good rate. The instructions to get the rental started were very clear and setting up the monthly payment was easy. When the company change the payment website I was directed how to set up in the new system. Working with Storage Haven was extremely easy and overall a good experience.

Storage Haven came in clutch and extremely understanding and very professional during our time with them. Flexible, convenient and super safe. We would definitely use them again if we ever need storage. Highly recommend.

I understand why this storage unit has a 5.0 rating when I first looked at it I wondered how it could possibly have that being that it's a storage unit and if the storage unit kind of tucked out of the way, but Jesse the owner, I believe makes this place a lot better.. I just started renting from this storage and Jesse has personally talked with me anytime I needed help day and night a very good customer service and I believe that's what makes the business is customer service and about how you treat people. 24-hour service is great to have also not too many storages offer this and their prices are really affordable.. hopefully they keep it the same because this is what's going to flourish the business.
