I would really thank the young man who assisted me with finding my unit and also helping to unload my cart. I was already stressed over my own situation and didn’t extend a proper thank you but it was the kind heart experience I needed. He went above and beyond, I will recommend this place based on my encounter with Mr. Shawn. His sweet demeanor and kindness really changed my day!

The customer service was great but the only turn off was when the young lady was showing me the unit a mouse was jumping around going in and out people units . And if I would have had a backup plan for another storage unit, I would have used the other storage unit, but my things were already in my vehicle ready to be put into storage . Which tells me that most of the staff just sits in the office because the same trash that was on the floor when I came to see it the week before was still in the same locations the young lady that showed me the unit saw my reaction and instantly started cleaning . My unit was dirty, which I don’t understand why it’s not swept out after people move out. It’s safe to say that my stuff won’t be there long and while it’s there, I just hope that the mice don’t damage anything.
