Great customer service. I believe his name is Hanz, but he helped me get out of the storage. I misunderstood the rule at 7pm closing. I thought no entry after 7p only, I didn't know that it was also no exit allowed after 7p as well. I was freaking out and I finally found the number for customer service. Hanz was so helpful and stayed on the phone to help me. Thank you so much! So grateful!
