We are auction customers from out of town. Upon walking into the office, it was clean and clutter, free and very professional atmosphere.Joe and Dillon gave us amazing customer service! They were so helpful in giving us directions to the unit and all the information we needed to complete our self.

I had a fantastic experience with this storage facility and would absolutely recommend it. From the moment I called, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me pick the right unit size for my needs. Check‑in was smooth and efficient, and they made sure I understood access procedures and security features, which made me feel confident about storing my belongings. The grounds are clean, well‑lit, and secure with gated access and cameras, so I always felt comfortable coming and going. Parking right by the units made loading and unloading easy without stress. Prices were fair, especially given the quality and location near San Jose. Overall, excellent customer service, well‑maintained units, and a professional, welcoming atmosphere made this a top‑notch storage choice.

Anthony was super helpful! He went above and beyond to help us! We got to the gate at 6pm and were locked inside the storage facility. We called and he answered and had us out of there within 10 minutes with a temporary gate code! Best employee hands down!
