Initially everything was good however there had been some problems on the site and I didn't even get any notification about it. It was so clean initially then just a few months there had been some.bad smell that would not go away. I just appreciate that the managers are quite helpful, there was just one person who was rude. I just wanted to wash a piece of plastic box and he thinks like im taking a shower at the toilet

Lester was very helpful and patient with me. He listed all the options for me and explained in detail what I needed to do to complete the process and if I had any further questions or needed help just ask for him. He went the extra mile. Thank you Lester for understanding what I needed.

Signing up for a storage space was super easy online. All of the paperwork was detailed and completed efficiently along with payment. Access was smooth, my storage was clean, and the guy at the desk was helpful when asked for assistance. Overall it was a good process and will recommend. Thank you!
