5 stars for the employees. They are always friendly and helpful. Chris in particular is very knowledgeable. Also they keep the place clean it's an older building so there are certain things that are always going to look old. As for everything else I was a little frustrated when the elevator broke and it stayed broken for such a long time . However, the guys have figured out a way to make the back entrance work. in fact now I think the back entrance is a lot easier than dealing with the elevator. Also I think the price is better at this place than some of the other storage facilities in the same area. ( It was when I moved in a couple years ago I haven't checked around in a while.) Personally I wish they had longer hours Bjt my storage roommate thinks their hours are fine.

You stuff is not safe here. They took zero responsibility for their complete absens3 of security. Parked my car for 2 months while I was away. Return to find the windows destroyed. Everything inside stolen. And the interior looking like someone lived in there for a few days. All Signal Hill Self Storage said was, Sorry!

I booked a truck for 7am. Turned up, was told to collect my keys from box 3 and to put a combination into a lock. As you can see box 3 has no lock on it, and likely hasn't for a long time. I had to call U-Haul and book my truck from another store. However, this meant a wait of 2h, which messed up all my moving plans. Last time I use U-Haul. Talk about trash service.
