Her customer service is truly outstanding and made a stressful errand totally easy. Highly recommend this storage spot, and Jediah is an absolute gem of a team member!

I recently rented a storage unit, and Jediah made the process very easy. She explained everything I needed to know and showed me the facilities and the unit assigned to me. The facilities are clean and feel very secure. Later, I contacted Jediah via email, and she responded quickly and provided the help I needed. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

Been here for a few months and so far have been very happy with the service along with the quality of the facilities. So far has no security issues and the storage areas are always clean. I also really enjoy the availability of the flat dollys that I've used extensively. Customer service from Jediah has been excellent and I can tell she has pride in her work, and even more so the care of maintaining this storage facility
