I had a small storage unit for almost two years, everything was fine, we pre paid for 6months in advance. I closed the account and was to receive a pro rated refund in 7-10 days. I called 18 days later and was informed they were under new management, and my payment wasn't processed and it would take another 7-10 days. I am very disappointed.
