Self-Storage at U-Haul

I have never had a better, more seamless, moving and storage facility experience than with Uhaul. From the truck rentals to acquiring my storage unit, moving in moving out, everything was fantastic. The first month was completely free, the lock was free, the units are easily accessible and clean, everything I needed they happily assisted with, as well as going above and beyond when it came time to move out and I needed a little extra time. I was blown away by the service and am extremely grateful for everything they did to help. Management has also always been excellent to deal with. They will always be my first go to! Thank you, Sandra, and the entire Fox Valley Aurora UHaul team for always having wonderful customer service, you are so appreciated!
