Self-Storage at U-Haul

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT AT THE EDISON, NJ FACILITY. I've had an 8' x 8' storage unit at the Edison, NJ facility since 11/15/2009. The rental fee for the unit at that time was $70.80. My current rate is $140.18. I received a notice that the rental fee is increasing again to approx. $156.00+. There have been rental increases every 6 months of approx. 10%+. I get the same boilerplate e-mail every time of what services they facility is providing, nothing has changed at the facility. The facility manager blames corporate for the increases. They have priced themself out of my doing business with U-Haul. I have found a storage facility in the area that is larger, cleaner, cheaper and more appreciative of my business.
