Self-Storage at U-Haul

Storage access should be 24 hours a day, and someone should be there from 7-9 to help, let you in and borrow ladder and dolly. Service was excellent.

this UHaul Facility was great and always very helpful when I had a question or concern. Very happy with this Storage facility and would recommend to all.

@ the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg Va, The staff seemed to just not care to be polite. Apathetic and annoyed was the face presented. Moral seems to just be down. Bathrooms smell like a mix of urine and Pine-Sol in the climate controlled bldg and just a foul odor lingering in the sales area bathroom. The two chairs for waiting customers are stained and dirty. I rented a storage unit here a few years ago( which is why I rented again), and the owner was on site more it was much better when she was present. This time, I rented for less than a month & decided to get my things out of there as quickly as possible.Disappointing.
