Self-Storage at U-Haul

Amazing staff, but horrible tech. The folks working here were super friendly and helpful, though the lines can get long. The price on packing/moving supplies and vehicle rentals was very reasonable too. However the website is HORRIBLE. It looks pretty, but gives frequent errors and misinformation when you try to accomplish simple tasks. (Eg: purchases often timeout, you need to provide a secondary contact with a different physical address, we reserved a 10x20' and it gave us two 10x10s) The storage facility itself is clean and reasonably convenient, but the unit alarms are commonly cross-wired so they fire even when you're signed in. The loading docks and elevators work well, but after hours access is pretty limited. Plan on daytime use if you have lots of stuff. Overall I think this is a good option for moving and storage, but it could be so much better if corporate would just pay to fix their site/app.
