I was told on the phone that is ok for being late a little. Then I was charged $55 for another day even though I didn't use the truck. Not happy at all, first the confirm it's ok, then they change the story, it's outrages!!!

After the manager messed up the reservation & mistakenly cancelled it, Ms Tricia made the save & fixed our reservation, got us the right truck & got us on our way as another satisfied customer! Cant thank her enough. Made our day.
