Self-Storage at U-Haul

I was helped by Essence, and I have to say she’s been the most competent and friendliest staff I’ve ever had at a U-Haul store. She’s definitely an asset to this store.

The entire staff were polite, professional, and accommodating. We had an issue wya truck and they swapped one out no problem and even assisted me in swapping my load to the new truck. I would say that is awesome customer service. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a rental vehicle or a storage unit to this location. Robinson and his staff are awesome.

The team at Furniture Brat where I dropped off the truck were incredible. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, and great hospitality.
