I’d like to send a special shout out to the employee at the Ocotillo location. Darnell Wilson helped me out with all my needs. He had exceptional customer service skills and he carried my box out to the car and helped me fit it into my vehicle. He had small talk while I was inside the store and made me feel right at home. This location is close to my home so it’s a win win for me. I will continue to do business with this company and especially this location. Thanks Darnell for being so kind………… It goes a long way!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rental truck was clean and in good condition. The rental check-out and return process was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a rental vehicle.
