Getting my account setup was super easy and quick. The app works great, the facility is clean and there are cameras everywhere - very safe and secure.

I'll start with the missing star first: There's some information that should be accessible before renting such as the rental insurance. There's no mention until you begin to reserve and rent your unit. Also, how to use the smart lock on the unit door. While the locks are awesome, I still had to call to figure out "what in the world? 🤔". So a little bit more info would make the whole thing feel smoother. Office staff was great, place was clean, locks are pretty secure and modern, price was low for the size as well, so absolutely 4 stars! I'm confident with my rental. I would recommend.

Easy to lease, easy to access and easy to pay. What else could you ask for? Would definitely do it again. Very good experience. Custom service was top notch
