When everything works, it works GREAT! When technology fails however, good luck trying to talk to a real person. If you call this number and tell the automated system that you want to "change your password" or " password won't reset", it tells you that a human will call you when one becomes available. In my experience that was 3 hours the first time and about 15 minutes the second time. I was at work on the first one and couldn't answer because I had no idea somebody was calling 3 hours later. Why can't I speak to a real person, at my convenience during what all other companies call normal business hours? Now, when you do finally get a person, they are professional, courteous and helpful. Also, the storage facility itself was always clean and felt very safe and I never had an issue with any of the equipment not working. The only issue I have had was trying to get somebody on the phone.

Shelby Ammar and TJ have been awesome with every hiccup I’ve had. They help get me in to a larger unit after my parents passed away and I will definitely use this place again in the future and tell everyone about yall. Thank you so much
