Arrived here at 1:15pm in the freezing cold to talk about storing a vehicle went to the office to find the office door locked, look inside to see some one sitting at the counter and they hold up a finger signifying to me what i believed to mean "One Minute" stood outside that door for 5-10 minutes only to look in again curious as to what the hell is going on to see the girl behind her desk holding up her hand to block me out like I'm some creep trying to creep on her or like record her something she then points to this miniscule tiny pink post it note all the way a crossed the room that reads "We are currently closed for..." The ... are because it was that small i genuinely couldn't even read it and I've got pretty good vision. if this is they way they treat everyone which judging by one star reviews probably so i wouldn't store a piece a string with these people. To not even get up and come say hey were closed for XYZ and make me stand in the freezing cold while you decide if you wanna do your job today is insane when you work with customers for a living. Looks like no matter what time you go the office is closed judging by other reviews. seems like they don't want people to store their stuff there.

Said opened at 10am on a Saturday, wasn't opened, didn't answer the phone, and took 3 hours to return my VM. Office is behind the gate, too, so not convenient. Went elsewhere.

Recently renovated, A+ building. Would feel comfortable storing any of my most valued items here.
