Smart Space Self Storage

I'm sure these are nice people but their hours of operation are not accurate. I came in on two separate days interested in renting out a unit. Once at 1pm on friday and another at 10am on monday. The first time they had a sign up saying they'll be back at 2pm so the office was completely closed. And the second time they had a different sign up saying to call a number since they are cleaning out a unit so the office was closed. I called and mentioned I was at the front door wanting to rent out a unit. The girl said they'll be done in an hour but if I was making a payment she can help right now. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of time and can't wait around a whole hour and do have to go back to work. I asked when is a better time frame to come as they've been closed both times I've tried, she did give me a specific time frame but I guess on Weds they're closed and just at a different location entirely and Tuesdays they are at the front till 3pm. I understand they are busy and can't be at the front desk all day but its just so inconvenient when I drive all the way there and I can't even get past the front door. The girl on the phone was nice but I'm just frustrated with the barriers to rent out a unit. Fortunately there was another place down the street that offered the whole process online, but this location would've been more ideal.

We have been tenants for almost a year now. We moved in shortly after they opened. This place is wonderful! It's very neat and clean, multiple size units that are climate controlled or they have outdoor ones too. The staff is amazing and so helpful! I am very thankful we went to this location.

Highly recommend this location! Not only is the facility very clean and well taken care of, both Paige and Aaron were very helpful. If you’re in need of a storage unit this is definitely the place to go!
